RFL-MACRO

I was honestly skeptical a $30 filter could replace a macro lens, but the optical glass is crystal clear and the 4× magnification lets me photograph fabric weaves and leaf veins like never before. Screws onto my 52mm lens without any vignetting, and now I’m shooting close-ups I never attempted.

Attached it to my kit lens and the 4× magnification made stitching on my denim jacket look almost three-dimensional. The optical glass stays clear even at the edges, which surprised me for the price.

Shot a beetle on a leaf and the shell texture came out ridiculously sharp for a clip-on filter. The 4x magnification is legit, no weird color cast on the glass either. Way cheaper than buying a macro lens.
